Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Baumer-Electric OEDM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer-Electronics-Ab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Beckhoff product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the E25BB6R1000ABC8830LEDSC18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0600406 manufactured by Beijer-Electronics-Ab and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer-Electronics-Ab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AM80220E200000 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Beijer Brand 39850148000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Benshaw such as BIPC30001001 equipment made by Benshaw have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NM34X1003340 by Bayside and BIPC30001001 spares by Benshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AL240600010001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff.
